To apply for the Premium Visa, foreign nationals must provide evidence of their intention to stay for an extended period in Mauritius and must also have sufficient travel and health insurance coverage for the initial period of their stay.
Additionally, applicants must meet specific criteria, including the requirement that they will not seek employment in the Mauritian labor market, and their primary source of income and profits must originate from outside Mauritius.

Have a monthly source of income of at least USD 1,500 for the main applicant, USD 1,500 for spouse and USD 400 per child
Have a return airline ticket for intended period of stay – beyond 6 months
NOTE: Applicant cannot seek employment in the Mauritian labor market nor benefit from a tax resident status in Mauritius.
